A graduate of the ESTP engineering school and an electrical mechanic, Jean-Marc Lepage joined Colas Midi Méditerranée in August 1990. He held various management positions in the equipment department until October 2014. In November 2014, he was promoted to Director of Equipment at SMAC, then a subsidiary of the Colas Group, a position he still holds today, even though SMAC, now an ETI, is no longer part of the Colas Group. In this role, his responsibilities include managing the vehicle fleet.
