After spending 21 years in the French Navy, Michel Goarin became fleet manager for the town and conurbation of Quimper in 2014, a position he still holds today. At the same time, he set up his own company, LMA Technology, in 2023. The company offers the GestParc tool, which covers all the processes involved in day-to-day fleet management.
