Austrian company DiniTech presents Charging4Fleets, its global fleet management solution. Combined with the NRGkick charging station, it enables easy invoicing of recharges.
The manufacturer and supplier of charging solutions for electric vehicles has developed a practical fleet management portal, Charging4Fleets. This unique tool enables fleet managers to access all vehicle charging data from a single web space. This hardware and software solution includes the flexible wallbox NRGkick, already used by many professionals, such as the Austrian Post Office. The advantage of this charger? It requires no installation, which reduces costs. For example, if an employee leaves the company or moves house, there's no need to uninstall and reinstall it. The NRGkick charging unit can be taken along or transferred without any problem. What's more, it comes with special fleet software, ready for use by employees.
An innovative solution
Charging4Fleets is designed to help companies charge easily and integrate electric mobility into everyday working life. The system enables vehicles to be recharged at home, at the workplace or at public AC charging stations. All charging processes are carried out by employees and displayed directly in the Charging4Fleets portal. Charging units can be identified by serial number and assigned to specific employees.
Easy billing
Transactions are recorded down to the kWh, saved and uploaded to the portal as soon as NRGkick is online. But there's no need to worry if there's no internet connection: data is always stored and uploaded the next time an internet connection is available. Fleet managers can also easily control all billing processes and costs via the online portal. These features make invoicing easy and accurate, even within the company or at home, where recharging costs are lower.
