I-FAST chargepoints are DC fast-charging solutions. They can be used to charge all types of electric vehicle, whether passenger or commercial, in high-volume car parks (private or public). The range comprises 30 kW Wallboxes, compact 60 kW stations and modular 90 to 180 kW stations. I-FAST products feature a modern design with a simple, intuitive graphic display for greater interactivity with professional users. Depending on the version, I-FAST is fitted with a 5 m and 8 m smooth cable or a 4 m spiral cable. The plug and socket are made from a range of technopolymers obtained from recycled nylon. The advantages of the I-FAST solution are: certified DC metering on each connector; optional POS payment system; and rapid installation and commissioning.
Customised services
In addition to charging stations and accessories, GEWISS offers a range of intelligent management services. With the SMALL NET platform, you can reserve access to charging points for the electric vehicles in your company's fleet, while keeping control of costs. The LARGE NET platform, meanwhile, is designed for semi-public or public applications where access to the recharging service is guaranteed to all drivers. This means you can travel without the worry of having to recharge, always knowing where to stop to recharge. The new myJOINON application has been developed for private users (individual homes, blocks of flats, company fleets). It uses a simple, intuitive interface to configure freely accessible stations and monitor consumption and charge status, easily and wherever you are. Finally, JOINON Charge&Go is the application dedicated to public charging, which geolocates charging points, provides specific information on availability, remotely monitors the status of sockets and enables charging operations to be reserved, activated or deactivated.

JOINON charging stations do not require any special or frequent maintenance, thanks in particular to the possibility of remote diagnosis in the event of a charging problem. Any complication or difficulty in the normal use of the product can then be checked and restored remotely, ensuring a simple, fast and cost-effective maintenance service. In addition, all charging station firmware is constantly updated with the latest version available to ensure optimum performance and maximum compatibility with all new electric vehicles. Finally, a 24/7 assistance service for the operator and the electronic driver guarantees the reliability of qualified personnel to remotely resolve any fault with the JOINON charging station.
