GEWISS focuses on fast professional recharging

The new myJOINON application has been developed for private users (individual homes, blocks of flats, company fleets). It uses a simple, intuitive interface to configure freely accessible stations and monitor consumption and charge status, easily and wherever you are. Finally, JOINON Charge&Go is the application dedicated to public charging, which geolocates charging points, provides specific information on availability, remotely monitors the status of sockets and enables charging operations to be reserved, activated or deactivated. Full, ongoing assistance JOINON charging stations do not require any special or frequent maintenance, thanks in particular to the possibility of remote diagnosis in the event of a charging problem. Any complication or difficulty in the normal use of the product can then be checked and restored remotely, ensuring a simple, fast and cost-effective maintenance service. In addition, all charging station firmware is constantly updated with the latest version available to ensure optimum performance and maximum compatibility with all new electric vehicles. Finally, a 24/7 assistance service for the operator and the electronic driver guarantees the reliability of qualified personnel to remotely resolve any fault with the JOINON charging station.
