WeProov: two new analysis services for restitution

WeProov has enhanced its WeProov Fleet offering for vehicle fleets with two new solutions: pre-return analysis and post-return invoice analysis. These new services enable companies to better control costs linked to vehicle damage at the end of the lease. At a time when fleet management is a major strategic challenge, WeProov introduces two innovative services: pre-return analysis and detailed examination of rental invoices. These solutions are designed to support fleet managers in their decision-making, enabling them to anticipate reconditioning costs, reduce disputes with rental companies and optimize fleet management. The pre-return inspection is carried out directly by the driver. Based on this inspection, a pre-return analysis is sent to the fleet manager to help him decide whether to carry out repairs, declare a claim or return the vehicle as is. Once the vehicle has been returned, WeProov carries out an in-depth analysis of the invoice sent to the customer. This analysis identifies any discrepancies and anomalies, taking into account the terms of the contract. If a disagreement is found, WeProov prepares a reasoned response that the customer can use to lodge an appeal. Saving time Thanks to this process, fleet managers have a simple, effective tool for managing damage to their vehicles, and avoiding unpleasant surprises at the time of return. “With our pre-return analysis, we enable companies to know exactly what damage is likely to lead to invoicing, and help fleet managers make the right decisions. This transparency is a real time-saver and an asset for fleet managers”, explains Alexandre Meyer, co-founder and CEO of WeProov.
