Ulys, the asset for car fleet managers within companies
Ulys is continuing to develop its range of services to simplify the management of company vehicles, whether internal combustion or electric. Allocated to each employee or to each company vehicle, the Ulys Pro Télépéage Pass makes it easy to pay for tolls and parking in more than 500 public car parks in France. At the same time, the Ulys Pro Electric Pass facilitates electric recharging at almost 90% of the charging points in France, thanks to a single card.
Ulys Pro fully integrated with fleet management software
Ulys Pro is now fully interfaced with the main fleet management solutions on the market, such as Cegid Notilus, GAC Car Fleet, InfoPark SIP2 and Phoenix. Connection takes just a few clicks via an API key exchange, and enables all Ulys Pro services (electronic toll collection, parking, electric recharging) to be integrated into the company's accounting tools. Expenses can also be broken down by vehicle and/or employee for better day-to-day monitoring of the fleet.
Ulys Pro is thus continuing its development work to simplify the expenses associated with road mobility in companies, whether for electronic toll collection, parking or electric recharging. With Ulys Pro, employees no longer have to advance expenses or manage expense claims for business travel. For their part, managers have access to internal or external tools, via a single online space, to control and monitor the use of the various Ulys Pro and Ulys Pro Electric accounts. Finally, invoicing is done on a monthly basis, taking into account all payments made with the Ulys Pro badge or Ulys Pro card in the previous month

Whether managing a combustion-powered fleet or developing an electric fleet, Ulys supports all companies on a daily basis with its Ulys Pro Télépéage and Ulys Pro Electric offers. Three formulas are available:
- Start (Pass Télépéage) and e-Start (Pass Electric) for VSEs and self-employed entrepreneurs managing 1 to 3 vehicles
- Business and e-Business for SMEs with up to 20 Passes/10 electric charging cards
- Fleet and e-Fleet for key accounts.
