Agilauto, the Long-Term Rental provider of the Crédit Agricole Group, unveils its new Customer Promise.
With its four new commitments in the long-term rental (LLD) market, Agilauto aims to bring peace of mind to all its customers and promote the shift to electric mobility.
To support the transition of Crédit Agricole Group clients (individuals, businesses, professionals, and public authorities) to more sustainable mobility, Agilauto has unveiled its new customer promise for a more responsible mobility for all. This promise is backed by four strong commitments in the long-term rental (LLD) market, designed to offer practicality and flexibility, especially for customers moving towards an electric vehicle. This new offer aligns with Crédit Agricole Group’s societal project to assist clients in their energy transition.
**Four new commitments**
Agilauto’s new long-term mobility solutions revolve around four commitments. The first is the systematic support from a personal assistant for better vehicle use and the services included in the contract. This service is particularly useful for drivers encountering an electric vehicle or LLD with included services for the first time. The service is operated under a white-label arrangement by CEO Car Caring, Agilauto’s partner since 2023. The second commitment: the ability for every driver to switch from a new internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicle to a new electric vehicle at any time during the contract. The third commitment: up to 500 euros are offered to cover any potential repair fees when returning the vehicle at the end of the lease. This financial aid is particularly welcome, as end-of-lease repair costs can be a concern for customers. Finally, the fourth commitment is the availability of a permanent stock of vehicles from all brands, ready for immediate delivery. This helps reduce waiting times between signing the LLD contract and receiving the vehicle, as these delays can range from several weeks to months, depending on the model.
