Do we need to register for the conferences before the trade show?Since the number of seats in the conference rooms is limited, we strongly recommend that you register through your Participant Portal to ensure you have a seat on the day of the event.
Do I still have a chance of attending a conference if there are no places left?Yes. Please make your way to the entrance to the room 5 minutes before the session begins. Once all registered attendees have taken their seats, our staff will allocate any available seats to you, depending on last-minute cancellations, which usually free up a few seats.
Are the presentations recorded and made available after the event?No, there will be no video or audio recordings of the presentations or other sessions held during the day. No recordings will be made available after the event.
